Discipleship and Leadership Training

Larry and Jayme currently focus much of their attention on equipping and discipling national laity and leaders for service in their local churches and organizations, an effort which includes regular speaking and teaching across a broad spectrum of skills and topics and in a variety of countries.

Right out of Bible college, the Howers joined the then Central American Mission on staff at Las Americas MK school in Honduras in 1970, then raised their family of five children on the Mexico field. On staff at Seminario Bíblico de Puebla, and then as church planters in the area, the Howers developed a network of colleagues and a toolbox of strategies that have culminated in their current ministry. From 2001-2008, Larry served as president of CAM Canada.

Larry and Jayme live in the Dallas, Texas area, attend Woodcreek Church, and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
