Gabriel and Janine have seen first-hand the spiritual need among the Hispanic community in the U.S. in their prior ministry with a Hispanic church in Lynden, Washington.  Now, as part of a church planting team in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the Garcías are reaching Hispanics with the gospel, making disciples, and training them to impact the world for Christ. Currently, 1 in 6 Americans are Hispanic. The U.S. Census predicts this will increase to 1 in 3 by the year 2050, but the number of Bible-teaching churches is not keeping up with this rapid growth.

Hispanic Church Planting

Gabriel and Janine trusted Christ as children and continue to be amazed daily by His love and grace. God called Gabriel to full-time ministry while he was serving in his church in Querétaro, México. There he had the opportunity to study Bible and Theology through the Bible Training Center for Pastors.

After two years in Costa Rica and Guatemala as a single missionary, Janine was led to serve at the same church in Mexico. They served together in evangelism, discipleship, youth and children´s ministries and got married in 2007. God has blessed them with three boys: Isaac (3), and twins Andrés & Benjamin (1).
