Keegan's main focus is "Seek First," Camino Global's leader formation program, also known as "Buscad Primero." The goal of Seek First is to develop a Christ-like community of lifelong learners. It is an interactive and redemptive approach to holistic personal and professional development, in that seeks to enable Christ followers to experience God's redemptive power so that by His grace they come to live their full potential in Christ.

Keegan and Terry have served with Camino Global since 1985, first in church planting, leadership development and teaching in Mexico City until 2000. From 2000 until 2011 Keegan served as Executive Vice President in Dallas with a variety of responsibilities. His passion is leadership formation through initiatives such as Quest and ObreroFiel. Since returning to Dallas Terry has used her passion for nursing in a variety of positions of leadership and responsibilities. Keegan and Terry are blessed to have three adult children, who are all married with families, that have gifted them with eight grandchildren.
