Linda and Jeff both confessed Christ as their Savior at the age of 29. After hearing missionaries speak in their church, they felt the call to serve as missionaries. They learned and saw that there was a great need for behind the scenes work in different ministries. In 2002, they left their garage repair shop (JOL Auto), customers, family, and friends to serve with CAM International's home office to be the Mission Home Hosts.
To this day, they continue to host for Candidate Orientations, missionaries, meetings, work groups, and various other events and functions. Along with helping in the Mission Home, Linda serves in the office by helping maintain the missionary mailing lists. She takes care of the returned mail and updates the system to make sure all addresses are up to date. Linda also helps in the accounting department with receipting and cleaning the offices.
Jeff is on disability. However, he desires to serve where he is able. He sometimes assists Jim in the maintenance department with small projects. Jeff does research, helps answer the phone, process orders, and assists with little jobs around the home office along with helping Linda host.
Recently Linda had cervical surgery. She has been on medical leave from her duties at Camino Global as she recovers. She will soon to be back! They are very thankful for you and for your prayers!
