Rolland and Jo Ann began their journey with Camino Global attending candidate school in 1969 with a goal of serving in Guatemala after raising support and attending language school. In 1971-1981 they lived in Patzún, Guatemala serving among the Cakchiqueles in evangelism and leadership training. In 1981 Rolland and Jo Ann and their four children moved to Mexico to begin a ministry of evangelism, church planting, and development, as well as discipleship and leadership training. During their time in Mexico, four churches were established in Villa de las Flores, Atizapán, Ecatepec and Texcoco all on the northern edge of Mexico City.

Mentoring, Discipleship and Church Development

In 2015, they moved to the US to care for Jo Ann's mother and to continue ministering to Hispanics in the US and worldwide through Global Media Outreach and a mentorship program through Camino Global. Their continuing desire is to be used of God as He opens doors to witness and to encourage people to dedicate themselves to the Great Commission.
