Our Missionaries & Staff

Alan and Beth McManus

We are educators who assist missionary families that are homeschooling their children in central Mexico. We provide tutoring and teaching (in person and via Skype), a 10,000 book library, annual testing, educational counseling, etc. Through evangelism and discipleship we are also developing a house church plant with first-generation believers.

MK Education Support, Church Planting (evangelism & discipleship)

Beth is a Camino Global MK herself who grew up wanting to become an MK teacher. She loves helping other MK's learn, grow, and mature. Alan was raised in a Christian family and sensed God's call to missions while earning a B.S. Accounting. This degree was followed by two years of working for a Fortune 50 company (ITT/Hartford) as an insurance claims rep, then working alongside Beth in a crisis children's home, followed by a return to college for an elementary education degree, and then by 5 years of teaching in public and private schools in TN, Honduras, and IL.

Alan and Beth have two homeschooled sons, Cameron (a freshman at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago) and Dayton (currently in 10th grade). September 2016 marked the 12th year of ministering in Mexico for the ABCD McManus family. The vital education ministry to MKs continues to keep missionary families effectively serving on the field, and the growth of the church plant is bearing eternal fruit for God's glory!
